Retail mPOS and Zero Price Item

I have a total new environment DAX 2012 R3 CU13 where I installed Retail, both ePOS and mPOS, I created a Store with assortment, payment methods, etc. I released some items to test different scenarios one of this scenarios is having an item with zero price, under the released products my item doesn't have marked the "Zero price valid" option, when I try to add the item to ePOS sale transaction I get an error telling me no zero price is allowed (as I expected) but for mPOS, the same Store, if I try to add the item to a sale transaction mPOS will allow to add the item and it show $0.00 as price, even worst it will allow to finish the sale without a problem.

Is this some known bug for mPOS or there is another option that I missing?

I ran the update tool and filter by Retail pending hotfixes for my system and I don't see any hotfix related to this.

Does anyone knows about this behavior? If I have to do it myself anyone knows the class, method that I need to modify?
