Insights > Customer Service historical analytics: Include team owners as part of Agent?

Hi,

At the moment, the slicer and the dashboard/report only displays Users from systemuser table.

Team who are owner of Case records are not showing up. How to incorporate team owners as part of Agent and reports?

    Unfortunately, you can't add team owners as part of Agent.
