Changes Not Reflecting in Field Service Mobile App, But Appear in Power Apps mobile

Hi all,
 
I made some updates to the Booking View in my Field Service mobile app, including adding new fields. These changes were successfully reflected on the desktop version and also in Power Apps when I tested it. However, the changes are not showing up in the Field Service mobile app.
I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:
  • Verified that the changes, including the new fields, are correctly saved and published in the view.
  • Published all customizations to ensure they're up to date.
  • Published the mobile app.
  • Refreshed the Field Service mobile app.
  • Reinstalled and signed back into the Field Service mobile app.
Despite these attempts, the changes are still not visible in the Field Service mobile app.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or could you suggest other troubleshooting steps I might try? I would appreciate any help or insights.

    The Field Service Mobile app uses some custom controls to show particular views, including the Bookings view (for example, the agenda view is default on the mobile app).
     
    If you open the Field Service Mobile app on desktop, rather than through your device, can you see the changes there? If so, it might be the PCF controls being used to display bookings in the mobile app. You might also want to try making sure you publish the Field Service Mobile model driven app separately, if you have not done so recently.
     
    If you can also post a screenshot or two showing what the changes are and what it looks like on your side, it might help a bit.

    Thanks for sharing the detailed steps you've already taken—sounds like you've covered most of the usual suspects. A few additional things you might want to check:

    1. Mobile Offline Profile: If your environment uses offline capabilities, make sure the updated view and any new fields are included in the Mobile Offline Profile. If they’re not, the app won’t sync them even if they’re published.
    2. App Profile Manager: Confirm that the correct App Profile is assigned to your user and that the Booking View changes are part of that profile. Sometimes updates are made in a different profile than the one deployed to mobile users.
    3. Field Permissions: Double-check that the new fields are not restricted by Field-Level Security and that your user role has access to them.
    4. Clear App Cache: In some cases, clearing the app’s local cache (via device settings or app options) can help force a fresh sync.
     

    If all else fails, you might try creating a new test view with just one of the new fields and assigning it to the mobile profile to isolate whether the issue is with the view or the sync process.
