Customer Voice Automation Is Broken

I am trying to automate a new survey I have created in Customer Voice. I am choosing the Automation setting from the Send page. However the following two things are happening.

1. If I save the flow and leave the page I can never get back into it. Clicking on the Automate button just reverts back to Predefined flows and doesn't show custom flow.

2. In the flow when I choose the actions to send the survey my survey never appears even though the flow is attached to this survey.

This seems to me to be fundamentally broken or I am doing something completely wrong.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
