None of the labs are loading for Dynamics 365 Finance MB 310

I have treied using different browsers, Edge, google chrome, firefox and have tired loading the the VM labs and none are loading for any of the modules that I am reading. i just get the loop of loading virtual machine and it goes on for hours without loading. Can someone please let me know what the issue is ? I have tried different computers as well but same issue.
