Gamification KPI Parameters

What is the trick to add/changing KPI Parameters in Gamification ?  My dropdown list is empty when I try and set the parameters up.

    Yes but mine does not have any options available under the Parameters section.

    You could refer to the following article to create,configure and edit KPIs in Gamification.
