
Hi, we have an issue on email router service all the emails are in pending state however we can see from the console the outbound connection succeseded, furthermore we are receiving the below event log each minute and the disk space on the server is decreasing hardly each time we increase it and we don't know if that related or not, so any assistant please?

About "Test Access", this one is doing a connectivity test to email service.
Suggest you to collect a SQL Profiler to confirm what query is coming to SQL and review the SQL error log in order to confirm any exception.
In order to avoid disk space issue, suggest you to configure Event Viewer to overwrite log files.
