Can anyone let me know how much time does it takes to synchronize between outlook and CRM using outlook add in.
second thing i am creating the appointment from within outlook , and i do set regarding to that meeting with some of the contact present in crm.
after some time the same appointment i do update with some extra content and save it and close it.
this update is not being displayed into the CRM , what could be the cause of it? how much max time does it takes to synchronize.
Hi.. The first question is hard to answer as it depends what you are synchronizing and then how much is changing inbetween syncs. The more data the longer the sync time.
the Second question is that you need to look into your D365 mailbox configuration and see what "Appointments, contacts and Tasks" is set to sync".

Dynamics 365 administrators can set whether a sync occurs and the sync direction for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook fields.
Check if the required fields are set to be "Are synced one way from Dynamics 365 to Outlook" or "Aren’t synced".
