Historic Analytics - specify date range

Hello

I'm new to using Omnichannel for customer service.

Within historic analytics in Omnichannel I would like to see stats for the month of October, however the duration option does not let me specify a specific time period, e.g. 1st - 31st October.

    Unfortunately, it seems that you can't change Duration format.
