Cannot access voicemail recordig

I have been setting up a new environment, I already have the channels, workstream, queues, etc.. on the Channel I already have enabled the option to start transcription and call recording automatically, but if a call reaches voicemail, we are not able to listen to the voice recording, as it is grayed out, but we are able to see the transcription, any idea how to fix it?

    Based on the search results, here are some steps you can try if you're unable to access or record your voicemail message on an Android phone like the Pixel 7a:
    1. Check voicemail activation:
      • Open the Phone app
      • Go to Settings (tap the three dots menu)
      • Look for Voicemail settings
    2. Force close and relaunch the Phone app:
      • Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to see open apps
      • Swipe the Phone app away to close it
      • Reopen the Phone app
         
    3. Toggle mobile data:
      • Go to Settings > Network & Internet
      • Turn mobile data off and back on
         
    4. Check for software updates:
      • Go to Settings > System > System update
      • Install any available updates
    5. Restart your phone
    6. Check call forwarding settings:
      • Go to Phone app > Settings > Calls > Call forwarding
      • Make sure it's disabled
    7. Contact your mobile carrier:
      • There may be an issue with the voicemail service on their end
      • They may need to reset your voicemail access
    8. For Verizon users specifically:
      • Try dialing *228 and selecting option 1 when prompted
      • This may help activate/reset voicemail services
    If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact your phone manufacturer's support (e.g. Google support for Pixel devices) for further assistance, as there could be a software issue specific to your device.
