Unsaved chnages dialogue even though form is saved

My Appointment form giving me a "unsaved" message on top when all chnages are saved. This happens when orhanizer fileds remains lock. I have script going on at the back end to wipeout the organizer field and make it lock. Due to that when ever i save it says unsaved. Is there a way to resolve that issue.
