I wanted to switch back to Legacy web client. I know I have to raise support request via https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com after 4 days but how long will the whole process take? What is the normal response time for Microsoft?

This is going to depend on several factors:
- If the instance affected is Production or Sandbox?
- If due to the UCI you're experiencing something that prevents the usage of the Dynamics instance?
- Number of users affected by this change?
- The severity at which you open the case, which should be based on previous points.
Depending on this, and if the you're still on the following 10 days since the transition, a rollback might be possible. However keep in mind that UCI will be enforced on December 1st, 2020.
Also, you can take the following workaround using PowerPlatformAdminCenter to enable the Legacy WebClient for the Default app. This is documented on docs.microsoft.com/.../enable-unified-interface-only, but basically it's to toggle off the "Unified Interface Only" and toggle on the "Show legacy app to everyone, not just admins".
