Bulk create from asp.net portal using Organization service. not working for few hundred records.

i have one scenario , in this i need to create bulk record in two entity. guid from 1st entity will be use in 2nd entity. i have use bulk create. but it showing error "connection aborted" after inserting data in 1st entity. connection time is 40 min. record count is 800.
