POS 2009 inactive items issue

Hello

One of our clients uses pos2009 and when doing a stock take this still brings up inactive items. Even though the items have been set as inactive on the system and cannot see them anywhere else, it still shows when creating stock count. I cannot see there is no option to do a stock take without bringing up inactive items

Could someone please advise.

Hi,

I was wondering if you could help, one of our clients uses pos2009 and when doing a stock take the system still brings up inactive items, Even after the items have been set as inactive on the system. We are unable to see it anywhere else as it only shows when creating s stock count.

We have been through the system and we cannot see there is no option to do a stock take without bringing up inactive items.

Could you respond with a potential fix or to shed light into why this would be happening.
