When I create a new Appointment from Activites, I don't want to send the appointement to the contact.
How can I deactivate the sending ?
"Some of the recipients are outside of your organization. These recipients will also receive this appointment when you save it."

Once Server-Side Synchronization is configured and you have the App for Outlook installed, appointments you create in Dynamics CRM are going to be sent to the recipient if they have a valid email address.
What Happens When Appointments Synchronize Between Dynamics 365 and Outlook (alithya.com)
Navigate to Settings > Administration > System Settings > Email Configuration Settings. You can select the ‘Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook’ or ‘none’ for Appointments.
Now, when appointments are created in CRM, CRM is not sending appointments to required contacts.
