Hello every one,
We have configure Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. Appointements are synchronise with Outlook.
But an email is automaticaly sending to the customer. And we don't want.
Witch configuration may I to use, to stop the email sendind ?

I'm not sure if there is a solution with a simple configuration for your scenario.
However, I have a workaround that may help you.
1- Tag the Subject or description with something like [NotSend]:
2- Configure a rule on exchange to not send mail if the subject or the content of the mail contains the [NotSend] tag:
