Importing NEW Solution in Production only shows SOME of the changes made to the LEAD Form

I've created a NEW solution in our sandbox environment, made a few changes to the LEAD form, exported & imported the solution with NO errors, and yet not ALL of the changes I made on the LEAD form are showing up in the production environment.

Hi Partner,

What type of solution are you importing, managed or unmanaged?

--This is usually because there have been some unmanaged customization made to the managed layer.

Please check the solution layer of this LEAD form in the target(Production ) environment:

--Check if there are other solution layers on top of the solution you imported
