Orange theme doesn't apply to Custom app in Sandbox

Hello,

I have copied the production environment to Sandbox without Data. Afterwards I have selected the orange theme to make the environments distinct.

The orange theme is applied to Sales Hub but not to the custom app we use. How do I get the app in sandbox orange? And why is only this app not applying the theme?

Also in the PowerApps Editor the color is orange.

Sometimes, certain configurations or settings might not carry over seamlessly during the copying process. To resolve this, you might want to double-check the theme settings within your custom app's configuration. Ensure that the orange theme is selected and applied correctly. If the issue persists, you could reach out to the support team for assistance in troubleshooting and resolving the theme discrepancy. For more insights and assistance, check out this custom application development service. Hope this helps, and best of luck getting your Sandbox environment looking just the way you want it!

The theme wasen't applied because of using the new "Try the new look and feel (preview)" option in the app.

    Hi Norman,

    Thanks for your confirmation.

I'm afraid it is not available for us to hard set the theme in an app.

The theme will show correctly in custom app's UCI when I copy environment without data to target environment and set theme in the target environment.

After testing, the theme works in PowerApps Editor page but not work in UCI, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    Hello Friend,

    Thank you for your response.

I just tried in a private browser and the the theme does still not apply to the custom app. All users experience the theme not applying.

Is it possible to hard set the theme in an app?

    Best regards,

    Norman

    Hi partner,

    Hope you are well.

Have you used privacy mode to access the custom app? is the theme still not showing orange?

    Best Regards,
