Hi,

I am working on a case management system that needs an enhanced map functionality. I am having trouble finding solution for the following 2 requirements

1) They should be able to use a map to indicate where about the issue is coming from (like a highway or freeway with no specific address). This then converts to a GIS code. I am thinking almost like a pin drop that points out where it could be which is then picked up by rangers.

2) Be able to highlight similar requests at that location (ie maybe multiple people have rang about the same issue at the same location). I know the current similar cases is by title and now by geographic location.

I have done a bit of searching online but can't come up with a solution. If anyone could help with any potential solution that would be great

You may want to look at Maplytics that provides for visualizing CRM data on the Map.

You can achieve this with the Markers feature of the Google Maps Platform.
