Hi, I'm trying to work out whether SMS in D365 Marketing can be used in UK and what the cost is. I've looked at lots of online information but can't seem to work this out and am going round in circles. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Brenda,
If by SMS you mean the Text Messages function in Real-Marketing, unfortunately it is a preview feature only available in the United States for the time being.

Maybe you could consider to use the custom channel in Customer Journey.

Hi, you might probably know this by now, but you can use either Twilio or Telesign to send SMS in real-time marketing. However, the service is in an early stage, so there are some limits (I have done some research on Twilio, to use from Norway); alphanumeric sender id is not supported, you can expect a throughput on around 30 000 messages an hour, message service (to run parallell send operations) not supported. As of March 2022 at least.
