If you are using Dynamics 365 online, you could follow the steps below.
1.Go to Office Login page and log in to your account.
2.Click Admin app.
3.Choose Admin centers option and then select Dynamics 365.
4.Then you will enter Dynamics 365 Administration Center, you could find all available instances and applications here. If you want to visible your Dynamics 365, just click open.

Hi,
If you have already purchased the licence, then you need to configure your dynamics 365 organization. Go to https://portal.office.com and then Admin center >> Dynamics 365. From there, you will see instance to configure, select that and click configure.
If you face any issues, please share screenshot of the admin center.
