Is it possible to create a form in D365 in the customer support hub and use it in an external website? In that way we would like that a case is generated automatically in CS hub by submitting a form on an external website. I haven't found anything in the D365 documentation. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/create-design-forms-customer-service-hub
If it's not possible to have a ready made form from D365, is it possible to use an API in this case?
