Please check if below privilege are assigned to SLA Owner.
SLA owner should have Read access to the calendar entity at Organization level
SLA owner should have access to the SLA, SLA KPI instance, Process entity with privilege of Create, Read, Write, Append and AppendTo at Business unit level

Hi there, for missing privileges I would suggest to use some network tracer tool and look for missing privilege, but I also would review the SLA item it you can navigate on each fields (most like lookups) because per message seems that something can be happening there.
