Lead scoring - Form submission with specific value Real time marketing

Hi all,

We have several types of forms on our site (downloads, contact, services, and so on).

I want to create a scoring model that triggers each time a form is submitted with a specific value in the form.

For some reason, I don't get it to work.

I have selected behavioral and marketing form submitted but what should I choose on the right side?

Hey, so if you want to add scores based on a specific form submission, you select "Form Reference" and you select the needed form.

However, if you want to add scores based on a specific field value, this means that you should select a static field from the Lead table, instead of relying on the "Behavioral" Form submission. Because Form fields are already linked to Lead fields, so it won't matter.
