Hey, so if you want to add scores based on a specific form submission, you select "Form Reference" and you select the needed form.
However, if you want to add scores based on a specific field value, this means that you should select a static field from the Lead table, instead of relying on the "Behavioral" Form submission. Because Form fields are already linked to Lead fields, so it won't matter.
