Hi,
Today Morning, I found my AX shortcut is not working and giving me below pop-up while open it:
Then I open target location and locate AX32.exe in C drive : C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Client\Bin
Here AX32.exe is looks like :
Can you please suggest on this ?

Your ax32.exe has been deleted or moved. The file showing as ax32.exe in your screenshot is just the configuation file for the EXE (Not to be confused with the AX client configuration, AXC files...)
I recommend to search your hard drive for ax32.exe in case it has just been moved somewhere, and if it is not found, reinstall the client.
