Not sure which category this post belongs in so I apologize in advance. We're trying to print a remittance form from GP and this error shows up every time:
When printing without a template (selecting "Standard" in the dropdown). it prints the plain texts just fine so I'm assuming it has something to do with the templates. They're Normal.dotm templates according to the properties.
Any advice is appreciated!

Ian has a great depth of knowledge and I think he and others have posted the best information available on the subject at this time.
Know that this is a known issue with Microsoft and that there is a commitment to the resolution, the challenge for you and the rest of the users is 'when'
