File Upload control no longer displaying correctly in Custom Page

I am at a loss by the sudden display behavior of the Upload File control inside a Custom Page. This was working when last tested it 3 to 4 weeks ago and I just tried so I can document it and I find the display behavior has changed. The page is launched by a JS web resource attached by a button in a model-driven ribbon. The web resource simply specifies the page size which has not changed since it was published in the testing environment.

As seen below, this is the custom page with the "Upload File" control when I "play" the page and it was the same look when launched by the controlling JS web resource.

However, when I execute the web resource now, I get the following image.

As you can see, the File Upload control is displaying with a humongous font size and that's what I've been trying to change to no avail. Right now it is set to a font size of 9 and the rest of the page it is set between 9 and 11. As I mentioned, this was working perfectly when I last tested it 3 to 4 weeks ago. Any ideas on what changed in the environment or how I can tackle this issue will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

Can you try adding container in your custom page and insert upload control inside your container

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the trick does not fix the issue. As shown, I moved the File Upload control to its own container and expanded the container. By doing this I can see the entire paper clip of the control as shown below. But making it smaller does not shrink the image or the font as I hoped, so the issue is not yet solved.

UPDATE INFO! I just inspected the page and I am finding that the underlying CSS is all screwed up. Even though I am specifying the font-size to 9, the CSS shows it as 14. The image size (that paper clip in the control) should not be more that 50px and the CSS has it as 200px. Where is this setup and is there a way to correct it?

    Hi,

Please check below article for design considerations

Thanks again for your reply but I got the fix by accident. It appears that one of my coworkers added a new custom page or modified one and never published the app. Somehow this got everything out of sync and as soon as I republished the app everything came back to life. Thanks again.
