RM Document in History that has current Balance

We have a document that has a Current Balance that has moved from Open to History Status. We have tried all of the usual steps to include Check Links and changed the RM Keys.

Is there any other way to fix this besides in SQL or remove the transaction totally and reenter this.

Hey James,

Is the document in question Voided? If so, this is an expected data condition.

A voided document in RM will have the Current Amount match the Document amount.

If it is not voided, you could try running the Reconcile process on Outstanding Document Amounts and see if that corrects it.

If it is not voided, then the transaction and what is applied to it should be reviewed well as the Document would not get moved to history with PTF if the Amount was not 0.
