The Social pane / Activities feed no longer shows emails associated with leads. The pane on Contacts and Accounts is working properly.
Here is the activity pane on a lead with emails associated:
If i click on the "view records associated" button, i can see there are three email activities.
This used to work and it is still working on contacts and accounts.
We are running Dynamics 365 v 8.2

The activities with Regarding set are showing, however, it used to also show activities that were associated as well. So if it matched the email address to the lead email address, it would show. It has not for the last month or so and we have not changed anything.

Please check the activities, double click and then check the regarding field, is that to the Lead or the Contact.
If to the Lead, it should appear in the Lead Activity pane or associated view, if it is related to the Contact, then it should appear in the Contact.
