Social Engagement Configuration

Hi All,

We just signed up with for 15 Microsoft Dynamics CRM licences and it came up Social Engagement and we opted to buy more than 10 Licences so that we can use social Engagement. Now we got it but I am struggling to make use of it. Can some one share with me that how can I configure it and how this will be integrated with MS Dynamics 365 CRM.

    I also recommend to just use your favorite search engine and type in Microsoft Social Engagement. You will get quite a few documents or videos which can help.

    Looks like you are experinced in Social Engagement. Could you help me with setting up this tool. I'm trying to get something out of my socail posts but nothing seems to display on any analytics.
