We are currently in the process of transitioning our feedback activity to CV. We have a large scale survey campaign which requires us to survey upwards of 20k customers. Ideally, we would like to utilise distribute via email within CV (and change the sender email address to our central customer service mailbox).
I understand there is a 10,000 recipient limit. Is this a limit on the recipients we can import via CSV? Or an absolute limit on recipients we can distribute the survey to? Is it possible to import recipients in batches to satisfy the volume we need to contact?
Is there any further information on the contact frequency limits?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you plan to use Power Automate to distribute it's good to know Microsoft have a limit of allowing max 120 surveys per 5 minutes.
Not sure why they have this but took as a while to get that info after struggling with a failing flow...
