How to Control Appopintments Visibility on Schedule Board Using Custom Field?

Hi,
 
I'll display appopintments on schedule board by default for all resources. 
However, I'd like to make option to hide certain schedules.
I'd like to use custom status or flag to control visibility for individual appopintments. 
Could you advise if this is possible and explain how to achieve it?

    I need to hide appointments like D365 CS hub activities or Sales activities.  It's not bookings.
    I'll create a status/flag on Appointment Entity Type. 
    appointment EntityType (Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM) | Microsoft Learn
