Conflict between security Roles

Hi,

just a question that confuse me, if I have access to specific form or duties within a Security role and then I was given another security role that prevent such access, what will happen ?

mainly, I will have 2 security roles assigned ( with access , without access)

    You wont get access in this case.

    The most restrictive security rule has priority (so no access role has priority over access role).

    What about if I was given duties of simple system user and same time I was added to system admin, will have access as a system admin ?

    Taking into consideration that all restrictions in Simple user was set to ( UNSET ) , basically the simple user role doesn't have any DENY access,just few basic duties were added to his role as ( use basics external functionality )

    In general when stacking roles, every overlap in things you are allowed are given. So if you will make someone system user and system administrator, the user will be having all the rights from both system administrator and system user (system administrator is a bad example since that gives you all rights, but there is no restriction in here).

    At the moment you work with Deny access then that takes priority over all the other roles (not sure about system administrator, as that is kind of a special case, would have to test that).
