Dual use rights - Dynamics365 online - indirect CSP - how to obtain the key to install on prem?

Hi all

When you buy Dynamics for Sales through CSP you also have dual use rights - in that case you get the server license included... You know where to obtain the key to install on premise?

Licensing guide says this: Users or devices licensed with Dynamics 365 User Subscription Licenses (User SLs) have use rights equivalent to a CAL for the purpose of accessing on-premises functionality. With Microsoft Dynamics 365 the Dynamics 365 (On-premises) server license is included with the SLs.

And this: Customers who have purchased Dynamics 365 and are entitled to On-Premises software can obtain their software as follows. Volume Licensing: Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC), Cloud Solution Provider Program: PartnerSource.

I can't find it on PartnerSource, please help!

The license is not bought through Volume Licensing, it is bought through CSP...

Hi Anneh,
VLSC should contain with v9.0 product key & L+SA SKUs. If you still could not find the key pls no hesitate to contact Billing Team based on your region for support.
