hi all

our company has bought a new Ax license from one of Microsoft golden partner at our country , as agreed with the provider we will start our plan to implenet the Ax next week , as i note in the plan , they will provide our employee with the training as a " work shop " or session , i wonder here once we bought a licence from microsoft , doesnt microsoft provide the client with books or help documanations in order to be as a reference for them .

the provider after we purchase the license informs us that we can use the " customer source " by setting an account for us and just that ,, isnt there anything that the user can go for it as a hand book . soft or hard copy .

for example if the finance employees want to know what does the dimension means and how it will effect on the work ? shouldnt they got at least a hand book as referrence or any help with examples .

The help is very appreciated

When you become a new customer you will be given access to customersouce.

Within customersource you will have access to training materials which cover such topics as discussed and these can either be downloaded in pdf format for free or orders as a paperback hard copy.
