I have a requiremnt where when customer register himself from portal then otp should be sent to him with session of 5 minutes.
How can i achieve this? Do need to configure in crm or portal.
Hi,
You can get phone number of the user and pass this to CRM and there you can use SMS integration to send OTP, further can validate that OTP when submitted by user from portal.
