I want to create a case from a Phone Call. When I receive a call on a given number then the case will create automatically (as like automatic email case creation).
How can I achieve this?
HI,
You can created RealTime Workflow/Power automate to create case when Phone call is created in Dynamics.
It should be easy to do that without any code. But user will have to create phone call in CRM dynamics system so that Workflow gets triggered and Case gets created.
