'Not Tracked' isn't showing when I select an email on Dynamics 365 app for Outlook

Hi Everyone,

My current situation is a bit bizzare, because for User 'X' I can see the pop-up 'not tracked' when I select an email from the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook and for User 'Y' it isn't visible as you can see from the following screens:

Screen of user 'Y':                                 Screen of user 'X':

Is there any specific reason to this??

    Hi NoellaB,

Please check if your Synchronization Settings for Outlook or Exchange is disabled.

Go to Personal Options and click filters under the Synchronization tab.

Check if they are all Active.

Actually the user's Server-Side Synchronization is enabled , the mailbox test is successful yet the problem is still there.

I had problems accessing with the other account so I created a new one. I'm the same person that posted this post.

    1. Yes the users have the same role

    2. I have approved, enabled and tested both mailboxes

    3. I have tried in different browsers yet the behavior is the same.

    Hi NoellaB,

This is because this user's Server-Side Synchronization has been disabled.

So as long as you test and enable the mailbox, and the mailbox test is successful, you can solve this problem.

    Hello

I would ask 3 questions here:

    1. Do both users have the same role?

    2. Have you Approved, enabled and Tested both mailboxes?

    3. Have they used different browsers to see the behavior in different browsers?
