Form Capture no submissions

We are using the form capture function in dynamics marketing and are able to see in the insights that the form has been accessed but no submissions are visible and no leads are created.

The form is hosted on a WordPress (5.7.1) site using the Astra theme and the form is Beaver Builder.

The code we are using on the form page is:

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please try to switch the data-no-submit into true

and make sure you have triggered the

MsCrmMkt.MsCrmFormLoader.sendFormCaptureToCrm(form)

in the submit function.
