Error code happens when adding a contact to the CRM what does this Mean?

An unexpected error occurred from ISV code.

HI,

Have you tried downloading log to see the detailed error?

Also, please check Plugin trace log for any plugin failure error. You can also verify the system jobs for any error.

If above mentioned approach does not help then you should lodge microsoft support ticket .
