3rd Party Apps Fail

Starting the morning of Dec. 8 we have 2 separate applications that integrate with our Dynamics 365 instance start to fail. One of them integrates forms from our web site and the other syncs Dynamics with Constant Contact. What's changed and how can this problem get fixed?

    Hi Haroldd09,

    You will need to examine the integrations to resolve this issue.

    Ask yourself these kinds of questions:

    • What directions are the integrations breaking in?
    • What could cause the integrations to fail?
    • What can I rule out as the cause of integration failure?
    • Are there any logs I can examine to find the cause of the integration issues?
    • Has anyone recently altered the integrations, Dynamics 365, website, or Constant Contact?
    • Are the integrations robust enough to handle errors?
    • Can the third parties help me to resolve this issue?
