It is possible to apply a custom filter on subject lookup?
Although I tried to apply the filter, it didn't seem to work.
Hi Buddy,Assuming, you are trying to do this in "Service Management".
It seems not possible to apply the filter on "subject".
What you can do is:
Hide the subject field. Create new field, might be dropdown field, and on change of the dropdown, set the subject via script.

Can you please share little more details and steps you followed. For which entity you are doing this etc....
In the occurrence entity there is a lookup for the subject entity. If I delete the subject records, there are related old occurrences. So deleting would not be an option.
Therefore, I would like to filter the subject view on the occurrence entity, hiding the options that I want to remove.
