Hi,
I am working on a POC to send SMS reminders to customers. As part of this, I need to create a segment based journey dynamically and associate with it a segment and a SMS message (I've setup a Azure communication Services Preview for sending SMS) to send.
The power automate should create this journey on creation of custom entity called Registrations. Any idea how to achieve this? How to associate Azure SMS with the Journey? Here am attaching the sample static journey I've created and I need to do this dynamically using Power Automate. Any inputs are much appreciated.
