If you install the Partner Portal Power Apps Portals template then you get lots of customisations around this functionally, you’ll probably still want to tweak it a bit but it’s a good start.

Your other option is to check AppSource for ISV solutions.

It’s a classic headache Dynamics is a beast for direct sales, but it completely ignores things like affiliate payouts or reseller portals.
