What setup is neeed in order to have an Irish VAT report extracted/printed in Pdf-format

Hello!

I am a bit puzzled what steps and where to go in order to have a defualt (Irish) Tax report printed/extracted.
Is there some kind of electronic report I am missing to setup?

Thank you Hana Xue for your answer.

However the articles are made for various countries in the first link and Ireland is not included in there.
IN the second link the answer is for Germany and that does not help me for Ireland either.

I have to go on looking for the correct answer.
