Hello everybody,

how does Social Engagement recognize a good or a bad phrase?

Is it possible to intervent if Social Engagement interprets phrases in a wrong way? Is the System able to "learn"?

    Hi Jan

    a) it uses a sentiment-motor (see pic)

    b) you can manually change the original sentiment, but the system does not learn from your changes.
