Hi,
I'm quite new to Dynamics 365 and would like some help please on Advanced Find searches. I can make searches on the Summary information at the top of the form but not the Details section on the bottom of the form. The Details includes a section on Contact Preferences, including whether Bulk Email is allowed. I want to be able to search this when making Marketing Lists to ensure email is not sent to those who have opted out (GDPR). Currently I have compiled a separate Excel spreadsheet with the information in which will need to be crossed checked with Dynamics 365. Please can anyone tell me if I can search this? Currently the form has not be amended to include this type of information in the Summary section which I think would be another option.
