I am pretty new to D365 portal and trying to add an attachment to knowledge articles
I followed the instruction at the following link but failed https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/microsoftdynamicscrmsolutions/archive/2016/08/17/crm-portal-and-sharepoint-integration
Do you guys have any other suggestions?
After configuring as in above instruction, I cannot add attachments to KA in CRM on Customer service hub
