Contact Social Media Posts

Hi!

I have a requirement where I need to incorporate individual social media accounts into Contact forms. 

Basically, in our scenario, each contact is a customer profile. What has been requested is whether it would be possible to have a section on the form where the contacts' recent posts from their social media accounts are displayed. (insta, twitter, facebook etc,)

I have explored functionality within the social engagement piece but it's not designed for this really. Please could anyone advise how this could be best achieved?
