I want to integrate Google Map with MS CRM and I want to show those Records/Leads on Map which Are still open.

You can create a html web resource where you can use googlemap api and can get lead records using Web api based on your condition
You can start from here to check the documentation

Later you can see on example here not what you need but will give some idea
